    Axle de-stringing & caster cleaning

    Careful removal of hair, string and fibre build-up around casters and axles, plus cleaning of the caster assemblies.

    Upholstery cleaning & stain treatment

    Cleaning and spot treatment of compatible upholstery and seating surfaces, guided by the manufacturer's care instructions.

  • +$15

    UV-C surface treatment

    A UV-C light pass over compatible high-touch exterior surfaces as an additional finishing step. It is not a sterilization or disinfection guarantee.

Which package fits my equipment?

The Standard Detail suits manual wheelchairs, walkers and strollers. The Power Plan is designed for power chairs and mobility scooters, with extra care around controls, charging ports and electrical components.

When can I book?

The next available appointment date is November 15, 2026 — earlier dates are booked. Your preferred date and time are requests — we'll confirm them with you before your visit.

Is there a travel fee?

Core service-area cities have no travel fee. Out-of-region areas carry a $45 surcharge, and extended province-wide travel carries a $95 fee. The exact amount for your city is shown itemized before you pay.

How does payment work?

The full total is paid upfront in CAD through secure Stripe checkout when you book. Applicable taxes are calculated by Stripe at checkout and shown before you pay.

Does the equipment need to be empty?

Yes. Equipment must be unoccupied during cleaning, and we don't perform seating, brake or harness adjustments, repairs, electrical servicing or safety inspections.
